Our Services

Our direct service model, Healthy Families Connection, enables us to provide community and school-based services.

Community-Based Services

Pregnant and parenting teens in Franklin County have the opportunity to create positive outcomes. We work one-on-one with our teen parents to help foster success in several key areas.

Education

Graduating from high school prepared to access post-secondary education and/or the workforce.

Healthy Relationships

Establishing healthy and supportive relationships.

Healthy Babies

Giving birth to a healthy baby.

Effective Parenting

Building effective parenting skills.

Subsequent Pregnancy

Preventing additional pregnancies until the participating teens are better prepared to support a child.

Housing

Helping teens and their families find secure, safe and stable housing.

School-Based Services

Our parenting education support groups for pregnant and parenting teens, ages 13 – 19-years-old, are held at four area high schools. Meeting our teen parents in the comfort zone of their schools allows us to effectively support and address their needs.
