Who We Are

Who We Are

We are working to help move pregnant and parenting teens forward.

Our Mission

The Center for Healthy Families engages parenting teens and their children in opportunities to acquire self-sufficiency capabilities of health and well-being, positive networks, education and employment through a coordinated network of the most effective community services.

We provide services that address theĀ holistic needs of pregnant and parenting teens in Franklin County. Our services are both community and school based and cover the essential needs of teen parents. This can range from assisting them in finding transportation to school or identifying appropriate childcare facilities and providers.

Our resource advocates provide one-on-one support up to 24 months.

Teens in our program are graduating from high school, delaying subsequent pregnancies, establishing healthy relationships, creating stable environments, and much more.
